WHAT WE DO
A clearer path.
From gutter to ground.
Start with the cleaning your home needs. Tell us about leaf buildup, overflow, slow drainage, or a roofline that’s hard to reach.

THE MAIN EVENT
Residential gutter cleaning
Leaves, twigs, and roof debris can collect in the gutter channel. Removing that buildup gives rainwater room to move toward the downspouts rather than over the edge.
- Discuss the gutter runs that need attention
- Identify tree cover and visible debris buildup
- Review access, roof height, and any gutter guards
Final scope and pricing are confirmed for your property before scheduling.

Sound familiar?
Water spilling over an edge. Plants growing where they shouldn’t. Leaves piling up after windy weather.

Downspout attention
The downspout is the next part of the drainage path. If you’ve noticed water backing up near an outlet or very little flow at the bottom, add downspout attention when you book your cleaning.
Describe where the problem appears and whether the outlet connects to an underground drain. Above-ground gutter cleaning and buried drainage work are different jobs; the scope needs to be discussed first.
Helpful to know
Which corner is affected? Does it happen every time it rains? Is the bottom outlet visible?
Add it to a cleaning ↗A LITTLE PLANNING HELPS
Seasonal gutter upkeep
A home under mature trees may collect debris differently from one with an open roofline. Rather than choosing the same schedule for every property, discuss what you see and how quickly buildup returns.
If you have gutter guards, include that detail. Guard type and access can change what a cleaning involves. Gutter replacement and guard installation are not offered.
Plan the next visit
Tell us when the gutters were last cleaned and whether you’re looking for a one-time visit or future reminders.

Gutter repair
A sagging run, a loose hanger, a leaking seam, or a downspout that’s pulled away from the wall can send water where it shouldn’t go. Small repairs keep the gutters you already have doing their job.
Repairs are $50 an hour with a $50 minimum. Book a repair visit on its own, or add it to a gutter cleaning. Describe what you’ve noticed when you book, and Dwight will confirm the scope before any work begins.
Helpful to know
Where is the problem? Is it dripping, sagging, or detached? A photo shared by email helps.

BEFORE YOU BOOK
A few good questions.
What does a cleaning cost?
You’ll see the starting price when you book. It depends on the service and your home’s height. We work on one- and two-story homes. Dwight confirms the final scope and price before work begins.
Do you clean homes with gutter guards?
Tell us the type of guard, if you know it, and include any access concerns in your request. Suitability and scope need to be confirmed for the property.
Can a cleaning fix a leaking or damaged gutter?
Cleaning removes debris. For leaks, sagging runs, or loose sections, add gutter repair to your cleaning or book a repair visit on its own. Repairs are billed by the hour.
Do I have to climb up to inspect the gutters first?
No. Describe what you can see from the ground. You do not need to climb a ladder or get on the roof to request a cleaning.
