Terms of Service

Effective October 31, 2026

These terms apply when you use dwightsgutters.com or book a service with Dwight’s Gutters (“we,” “us”), a gutter-care business serving Austin, Texas and nearby communities. By booking, you agree to them.

Services

We offer gutter cleaning, seasonal upkeep, and gutter repair for residential homes, plus downspout attention as an add-on to a cleaning visit. We work on one- and two-story homes only. We don’t replace gutters, install gutter guards, or clear buried or underground drainage lines.

Booking

Online booking is available for addresses in our active service area. Your appointment is reserved once the booking confirmation appears on screen, and we’ll email a confirmation with your appointment details. All appointment times are Austin (Central) time. Please give accurate details about your property, including its height, access, and any gutter guards, so we can plan the visit.

Prices

Prices shown when you book are starting prices. They depend on the service, your home’s height, and any add-ons you choose. Gutter repair is billed by the hour with a minimum charge, both shown when you book. The final repair charge depends on how long the work takes. Dwight will confirm the final scope and price with you before work begins. If the job turns out larger or smaller than described, the final price may change, and we’ll agree on it with you first. Final prices include any applicable taxes.

Changing or cancelling an appointment

You can change your appointment online using the link in your confirmation email up to 48 hours before it starts. Your new time must also be at least 48 hours away. For changes inside that window, or to cancel, contact Dwight as early as you can.

We may need to reschedule for weather, safety, or other circumstances outside our control. If that happens, we’ll contact you to find a new time.

Access and safety

Please make sure we can safely reach the outside of your home on the day of service: unlock gates, keep pets inside, and let us know about anything that could affect access. Dwight may decline or stop work if conditions are unsafe, for example in severe weather, on a damaged roof edge, or near stinging insects. If that happens, we’ll work with you on a new time or scope.

Your gutters and property

A cleaning clears debris from gutters and, when included, downspouts. It isn’t a full inspection, and it won’t fix existing damage such as rust, leaks, or loose sections. We’ll tell you about any problems we notice. We aren’t responsible for conditions that existed before our visit.

Payment

No payment is collected when you book. After the job is complete, we’ll email an invoice for the final total along with the payment options we accept, such as card, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, cash, or check. Payment is due when you receive the invoice unless we agree otherwise. Card and app payments are handled by those payment providers under their own terms. We never see or store your card number.

If something isn’t right

If you have a concern about our work, contact Dwight as soon as possible so he can take a look and help resolve it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent Texas law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Your information

When you book or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, property address, and any notes you share. We use this information only to schedule and provide your service, send booking and invoice emails, and respond to you. We don’t sell it or use it for advertising. Our website host, database provider, and email service process it on our behalf. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website. Photos of homes on this site are illustrative and aren’t a gallery of completed jobs. Reviews are shared from Google and Yelp with attribution.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed. The terms in effect when you book apply to that appointment.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
